摘要: 以Rosen提出的联立模块法的分层计算思想为基础,针对具有两层嵌套反馈回路的流程,提出了一种流程模拟的三层策略。将该模拟策略成功地应用于具有二层嵌套反馈回路的甲醇合成流程的模拟,并与二层的联立模块法相比。不仅能大大地缩短流程模拟的计算机时间,还能大幅度地降低流程模拟系统对初始估计值的要求。建立的甲醇合成流程模拟系统能较好地描述工业原型,并对甲醇的生产操作和优化有一定的指导作用。Abstract: Proposes a three level flowsheeting strategy for the flowsheets with inlay feedback loops, based on simultaneous modular strategy first explored by Rosen. The three level flowsheeting strategy can be successfully used in methanol synthesis flowsheeting with inlay feedback loops, and in contrast to Rosen's method, it can reduce largely the CPU time in flowsheeting. The methanol synthesis flowsheeting system compares favorably with the industrial prototype and has the role for directing industrial production.
