一种烧结终点模糊滑模控制策略及其在烧结过程中的应用

摘要: 烧结过程具有强非线性、时滞和时变等特性。在分析烧结过程热状态的基础上,提出了一种烧结终点的模糊滑模控制策略,将模糊逻辑和滑模控制方法结合起来,并将其应用在某烧结厂烧结机的台车速度控制中。这种控制方法能在线调整参数,对烧结过程中大惯性、大滞后对象进行有效控制,在对象参数变化或存在较大扰动的情况下,能保持较好的控制品质。结果表明:这种方法稳定了烧结生产,为实现烧结过程的智能优化控制奠定了基础。Abstract: The sintering process has the characteristics such as strong nonlinearity,large time-delay and time varying.Based on the analysis of heat pattern for the sintering process,a fuzzy sliding model control scheme is proposed,which combines the fuzzy logic with the sliding model control method and is used in the sintering process of a sintering plant to control the sintering velocity.This method can be used to adjust the control parameters on line,and to control effectively objects with the big inertia and large time-delay in the sintering process.Good control can be mentioned in the case of the parameter variances or larger disturbances.The practical operation results show the proposed method makes the sintering production steady and the foundation is established to realize the optimal control of the sintering process.
