    基于灰理论的化工设备诊断预测

    Diagnosis and Prediction of Chemical Equipment Based on Grey Theory

    • 摘要: 首次对连续搅拌式反应釜和丙烷气体压缩机应用灰预测理论进行了故障预测,给出了GM(1,1)的灰建模过程,并以实例进行了检验,结果表明该预测模型计算简便、结果可靠。该方法应用于化工系统设备的运行状态监测、故障诊断预测,可及早判明故障的发展趋势及对设备的危害程度,为故障状态下的设备停车与否提供决策指导。

       

      Abstract: The technology of fault diagnosis and prediction develops a new way for the reliability and safety of complicated equipment system.The fault diagnosis and prediction is a difficult problem due to the complex structure of chemical equipment,the uniqueness of operating environment and the presence of multi-sources of faults. Grey prediction theory is discussed for diagnosing and forecasting conditions on continuous stirred-tank reactor and dimethylmethane gas compressor.The field example examination and the modeling process are presented. We calculate with GM(1,1) for chemical equipment,and the results show that the forecast model is simple and reliable.Using this method, one can make sure of the fault developing tendency and judge dangers to the equipment,and thus guide to make a decision if the equipment should be stopped.
