单一及端基异构混合型半乳糖脂衍生物抑菌功效的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Antimicrobial Efficacy of Galactolipid Derivatives and Their Anomeric Mixtures

摘要: 通过纸片扩散法测试了含不同长度饱和碳链α 和β O 半乳糖脂衍生物及其等质量比混合剂对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和芽孢枯草杆菌的体外抑菌功效，发现一组含有12C脂链的端基混合型半乳糖脂对芽孢枯草杆菌显示一定活性，应用液体稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度为0.06 mmol/L。

Abstract: The in vitro antimicrobial efficacy of α or β O galactolipids and their anomeric mixtures with saturated carbon chains of different length was assessed by Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli. Results reveal that the anomeric mixture of two O galactolipids with a 12C lipid end inhibit Bacillus subtilis at a low concentration. The minimal inhibitory concentration of this mixture is determined to be 0.06 mmol/L.
