    异丁醛一步氧化反应器操作工况的模拟研究

    A Simulation Study on the Operating Conditions ofthe Reactor for One Step Oxidation of Isobutanal

    • 摘要: 建立了文题反应器的二维拟均相数学模型。经正交配置技术离散化处理后,由Gear法求得床层内温度和收率的轴向、径向分布,模拟工业单管的结果与实测值较好地吻合。通过工况模拟,为年处理6kt异丁醛工业反应器确定了优选的操作条件及适宜的操作可行域,为设计、操作和控制提供指导和依据。

       

      Abstract: A two-dimensional pseudo-homogeneous model of reactor was set up for the study of industrial reactor for making methacrylic acid by one step oxidation of isobutanal. To solve the model, orthogonal collocation method was used. The axial and the radial distributions of the temperature and the yield in the bed were obtained by using Gear method. The results of simulating the industrial single-tube reactor agree well with those from the measurements. By simulation,the optimized operational condition and the suitable operatable range were determined for the isobutanal reactor of 6 000 tons/year productivity.
