    电除尘器烟道内气流分布的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation on Gas Flow Distribution in Electrostatic Precipitator Ducts

    • 摘要: 运用计算流体动力学(CFD)对电除尘器烟道内的气流分布进行数值模拟计算。在中试模型试验的基础上,分别采用Gambit、ICEM CFD软件进行网格划分以及CFX、Fluent求解器进行数值求解。模拟结果表明:无论有无导向板,数值模拟计算结果都与工厂试验结果吻合较好,其计算结果可用于指导试验模型以及电厂实际装置中导向板的调整,从而达到烟道内气流分布均匀的效果。

       

      Abstract: The gas flow distribution in electrostatic precipitator(ESP) ducts of a thermal power plant was numerically simulated with CFD. On the basis of the middle experiment model, Gambit and ICEM CFD were used to create mesh. CFX and Fluent were used to conduct the numerical simulation. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data in ESP ducts with or without turning vanes. The simulation results can be used to guide the models and the adjustment of the turning vanes in the thermal power plant in order to obtain uniform distribution of gas flow in ESP ducts.
