    精密齿轮传动回差测试新方法

    A New Method for Measuring the Angular Backlash of Precision Gearing

    • 摘要: 提出了一种实用的小模数渐开线、少齿差行星减速器回差测试方法,设计并制造了一套回差测试台。可在高低温、振动、冲击、离心、潮湿等模拟环境和实际负载条件下进行回差测试。实测表明,该方法是可行的,回差测试台的性能可靠,技术指标比较先进。

       

      Abstract: A new method for measuring the angular backlash of a reducer of the involute planetary drive system with small tooth number difference was put forward, and a set of measuring equipments was designed and made accordingly. It can be used to measure the angular backlash of a reducer both in simulated environment such as high and low temperature, vibration, acceleration, centrifugation, moisture, etc and in real load condition. After measuring in a reducer, the results showed that the new way was feasible and the performance of the equipments was reliable and excellent.
