Abstract:
Based on natural adenine, 10 derivatives are obtained by connecting adenine with aromatic rings through amide bond or urea bond. Compared with adenine, these derivatives show more powerful ability to absorb UVA and UVB rays, because their maximum absorption wavelength are at the region of 283—295 nm. The effects of conjugation system, substitute types, and non planarity structure on UV absorption ability and fluorescence intensity are discussed. The interaction of adenine optical properties and intra molecular hydrogen bonding is preliminarily studied as well.
