    层间组装TiO2蒙脱土的制备及其用于汽油脱硫过程的研究

    Preparation of Interlaminar Assembly TiO2 Montmorillonite and Its Application in Desulfurization of FCC Gasoline

    • 摘要: 采用溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO2柱撑蒙脱土,并将样品用于FCC汽油的脱硫。利用XRD、SEM、N2吸附/脱附和FTIR分析技术对制备样品进行表征。考察了钛酸丁酯与NaMMT的比例以及焙烧温度对样品结构和脱硫性能的影响。TiO2柱撑蒙脱土的比表面积为100~215 m2/g,平均孔径为40~70 nm,总孔容为015~022 cm3/g。硫容量达到165 mg/g,是400 ℃焙烧原土硫容量的2倍。

       

      Abstract: TiO2 pillared NaMMT (TiMMT) samples for desulfurization of FCC gasoline were prepared by solgel method, and characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 adsorption/desorption and FTIR. The effects of the ratio of tetrabutyl titanate to NaMMT and calcination temperature on the sample structure and desulfurization capacity were investigated. For TiMMT, the BET surface area was in the range of 100-215 m2/g, the average pore diameter in the range of 40-70 nm and total pore volume capacity in the range of 015-022 cm3/g. The sulfur capality reached 165 mg/g, which was twice as much as that of NaMMT calcinated at 400 ℃.
