Abstract:
In this paper,influence of sizes of tracking gates on MTT systems in the dense targets environment is discussed,ignoring the influence of noise points,and the performance of the tracking gate is analyzed by using the covariance ratio as the index.The rectangular gate with the Kalman filter and PDA(association) algorithm is emulated.This paper also presents how to decide the size of the tracking gate in the dense environment.As the complexity of the computation is reduced,the algorithm can be used in high speed tracking systems.
