    UV/O3处理酒石酸-铜络合体系废水的研究

    Treatment of Wastewater Containing Tartaric Acid Copper Complex by UV/O3

    • 摘要: 为解决含铜电镀废水中酒石酸等络合剂存在时普通氢氧化物沉淀法难以满足达标排放要求的问题,本文采用UV/O3法处理酒石酸 铜络合体系废水,考察了光照时间、反应初始pH两种因素对处理过程的影响。结果表明,对于酒石酸 铜体系废水(酒石酸质量浓度418 mg/L,五水硫酸铜质量浓度196 mg/L),得出最佳处理条件为:t=120 min,ρO3=19.2 mg/L,QO3=1 L/min,初始pH=3.0,最终沉淀pH=9.5,此条件下出水中总铜质量浓度可以低于0.3 mg/L,达到了太湖流域的排放标准。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem that concentration of copper in electroplating wastewater is hard to meet the strict discharge standard by chemistry precipitation due to the existence of tartaric acid, this study aims to remove copper in tartaric acid copper complex (ρTartaric acid=418 mg/L, ρCuSO4·5H2O=196 mg/L) by UV/O3 at different irradiation time and initial pH. Results indicated that the effluent concentration of copper could fall below 0.3 mg/L and meet the discharge standard of Taihu lake watershed at the best reaction conditions of t=120 min, ρO3=19.2 mg/L, QO3=1 L/min, initial pH=3.0 and precipitation pH=9.5.
