Abstract: The intrinsic kinetics of KD306 type sulfur tolerant methanation catalyst was studied in an isothermal integrated reactor and the reaction model of power functions type was established. The model is tested by mathematical statistic methods and residual distribution. The results show that the kinetic model is reasonable and can describe the reaction characteristics of the catalyst.
