    分光光度法测定原油中的钒含量

    Determination of Vanadium in Crude Oil by Spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 采用2-(5溴--2-吡啶偶氮)-5二-乙氨基苯酚(5-B r-PADAP)比色法对原油中的钒含量进行了测定,并与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)的测定结果进行了比较。5-B r-PADAP比色法的标准曲线为A=0.708 9c 0.017 8,R2=0.998 9,测得伊朗原油钒含量为54.45 m g/L,混合伊朗原油钒含量为30.92 m g/L;ICP-AES测得伊朗原油钒含量为54.68 m g/L,混合伊朗原油钒含量为30.46 m g/L。结果表明:比色法操作简单,准确度高,精密度好。

       

      Abstract: Method for the determination of vanadium in crude oil by 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-(diethylaminophenol)(5-Br-PADAP) spectrophotometry was studied.It pointed out that the standard curve of 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry was A=0.708 9c 0.017 8,R~2=0.998 9 and the determination result of Iran crude oil was 54.45 mg/L,and 30.92 mg/L of mixed Iran crude oil.The results indicate that the(accuracy) of 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometry is sufficient compared with ICP-AES method,which deter-(mination) result of Iran crude oil is 54.68 mg/L and 30.46 mg/L of mixed Iran crude oil.
