    ChMI/MMA/St三元乳液共聚物的合成、表征及其与PVC的共混

    Synthesis and Characterization of Terpolymer of ChMI/MMA/St and Blended with PVC

    • 摘要: 用完全滴加料乳液共聚合方式合成了环己基马来酰亚胺/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/苯乙烯三元共聚物(ChM I/MMA/St),研究了三元共聚物的热性能、力学性能及流变性。结果显示:随着共聚单体中St含量的增加,共聚物的热分解温度明显提高;共聚物熔体表现出假塑性流体的行为,材料的表观粘度随St含量的增加而降低。同时用该三元共聚物作为耐热改性剂与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混,研究了耐热改性剂含量对共混物热性能、力学性能、及流变性能的影响。结果表明:ChM I/MMA/St三元共聚物可以提高PVC的玻璃化温度和维卡软化温度,并能够抑制PVC的分解。

       

      Abstract: Terpolymers of ChMI/MMA/St were synthesized by semi-batch emulsion polymerization.The thermal properties,mechanical properties and rheological behavior were evaluated.The results shown the decomposition temperature of terpolymers increased with the increasing of St feed content.The apparent viscosity of terpolymer in melt decrease with St feed content.The terpolymer was used as thermo-resistant agent and blended with PVC.The thermal properties,mechanical properties and rheological behavior of blend were also evaluated.Results show the glass transition temperature and Vicat soft temperature of the blends increased with terpolymer content increasing.The tensile strength increase with terpolymer content increasing while impact strength decrease.
