    Advanced Control System Development for the Delayed Coke Furnace

    • 摘要: 以某炼化公司的焦化加热炉为工业应用背景,采用预测函数控制-P ID透明控制结构,辅以基于延迟焦化过程焦炭塔的预热切换事件设计的前馈控制器,研究开发出了一种实用的焦化加热炉先进控制系统。系统投运后,整个生产过程的平稳性和控制精度得到了显著的提高。

       

      Abstract: Due to the frequent pre-heating and switching of the coke tower in the delayed coke process,it is difficult to obtain a satisfying outlet temperature control result of the coke furnace.Based on the predictive function control algorithm and the event-based feed-forward controller,a novel advanced control system for the delayed coke furnace is proposed.The application results indicate that the proposed system can improve the control precision and stability of the delayed coke process significantly.
