    • 摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为原料,合成了大孔树脂,并研究了交联度、混合致孔剂用量和配比对其孔结构的影响。该树脂与间氨基苯硼酸偶联,制得硼基-聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共价亲和层析介质,介质的硼基偶联量可达1.036mmol/g。

       

      Abstract: The macroreticular resin was preparted by the copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) with ethylene dimethacrylate(EDMA) and its pore structure was determined. The effects of the ammount of crosslinking degree and the amount as well as proportion of the mixed diluent on the pore structure were also investigated. The matrix of boric acid substituted PGMA covalant affinity chromatographic were prepared using the PGMA copled with m aminophonyl boronic acid and the capacity of the banic acid of the matrix was up to 1.036mmol/g.
