    Preparation and Properties of Nanometer-sized Antimony-doped SnO2 Powders

    • 摘要: 以SnCl4·5H2O和SbCl3为原料,采用共沉淀法制得纳米级的SnO2微粉.用DSC-TG、XRD、TEM和UV等方法观测了微粉末,比较系统地研究了掺Sb浓度对粉末颗粒度和电阻的影响规律,探讨了纳米级掺锑SnO2微粉的显色机理.
