    Detection of LSB Replacement Steganography Based on Adjacent Histogram

    • 摘要: 提出一种新的针对空域LSB替换隐写的检测算法。LSB替换隐写通过改变图像的像素灰度值的最低意义位的值来达到嵌入秘密信息的目的。LSB替换隐写时会引起像素灰度值间的不对称,根据这个特点,提出基于相邻像素直方图的隐写分析算法。该方法易于实现,物理意义直观。实验结果表明该法具有较好的检测能力。

       

      Abstract: A detecting algorithm is proposed for the LSB replacement steganography in special domain. It is known that the LSB replacement steganography achieves embedding the secret message by changing the least significant bit of pixel's gray value, which maybe result in the asymmetry of the gray-level value. By means of this characteristic, the algorithm of steganalysis based on adjacent histogram is proposed. This algorithm is easily implemented and physical meaning is dislinct. The experiment results show that the proposed method has a better ability of detection.
