    利用Yamamoto偶联反应合成碱基官能化的共轭聚合物研究

    Synthesis of Conjugated Polymers with Pendant Nucleobase Groups through Yamamoto Coupling Reaction

    • 摘要: 将碱基官能化和共轭聚合物结合起来具有重要的研究意义。本文设计合成了间二溴苯修饰的碱基化合物——二溴苯基腺嘌呤和二溴苯基胸腺嘧啶。采用过渡金属镍催化的Yamamoto反应合成了侧链带有碱基的共轭聚合物。通过核磁、红外、紫外可见光谱、基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI TOF)等方法对所得聚合物进行了分析表征。

       

      Abstract: Combining nucleobase functionalization with conjugated polymers might show great research value in material science. Herein, dibromophenyl substituted nucleobases, 3,5 dibromophenyl adenine and 3,5 dibromophenyl thymine, were firstly designed and synthesized. Yamamoto coupling reaction of these two monomers with nickel complexes as catalyst gave nucleobase functionalized conjugated polymer in moderate yields. The structures of the obtained conjugated polymers were characterized with NMR, IR, UV vis spectroscopy and MALDI TOF mass spectroscopy.
