    酸性污水汽提塔的模拟算法

    An Algorithm for Simulating Stripping Tower of Sour Water

    • 摘要: 开发了酸性污水汽提塔的模拟算法。首先,在比较各种相平衡模型基础上,选择SWEQ汽液相平衡模型,并成功地开发了稳定性好的露点温度算法。其次,针对酸性污水汽提塔的特点,选择汽相摩尔分率为迭代变量,应用新松驰法实现了汽提塔的模拟计算。经3个工业汽提塔实例考核,证明本算法所需内存小,计算速度快,收敛稳定性好。计算结果与实测值或设计值基本相符。

       

      Abstract: An algorithm is developed for simulating stripping tower of sour water-At first,SWEQ model is chosen for describing phase equilibrium and a new method for calculating dew point temperature is developed. Based on the characteristic of the tower,the new te-laxation method simulates the tower successfully.The reliability and the efficiency of the proposed algorithm are illustrated through simulating three industry stripping towers.The calculating results is quite coincident with plant or design data.
