    Study on the Chemical Vapor Condensation Reactor for Nanometer Powders Preparation I. Simulation of Fluid Flow Process

    • 摘要: 建立了化学气相冷凝反应器内层流状况下流体流动的数学模型,采用SIMPLEC算法求解了反应器内速度和压力的分布,并对计算值和文献值进行了比较。考察了Reynolds准数、直管出口与撞击面的距离等参数对反应器内流型、轴向中心速度、径向最大速度、沿撞击板压力分布的影响规律。

       

      Abstract: A two dimensional modeling of fluid flow in the laminr chemical vapor condensation reactor is presented, velocity and pressure fields are solved by means of the algorithm of SIMPLEC. The calculated results are in good accordance with the experimental data from the literature. The parametric effects of jet Reynolds number and the jet to plate spacing on the flow characteristics such as contours of stream function, jet axial velocity, streamwise velocity and pressure distribution along the impingement plate are also investigated.
