    Automatic Monitor and Control of Circulating Cooling Water System

    • 摘要: 针对循环冷却水系统稳定运行控制难的问题,提出了利用两点法和三点法建立水处理在线排污量的控制方法,并建立了相应的模型。通过实验室模拟,验证了模型的可行性,提出了利用两点差分法来计算系统排污量,用此方法可以实现循环冷却水系统低成本、自动控制、稳定运行的目的。

       

      Abstract: According to the problem of stable operation of circulating cooling water system, two points method and three points method were used to establish online discharge control. The mathematical model was established and verified correctly through laboratory simulation. And two points method was proposed to calculate blowdown flow. The purpose of low cost, automatic control, and running stability could be realized by circulating cooling water system.
