    表面活性剂对中性墨水稳定性的影响

    • 摘要: 研究了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)、氟碳表面活性剂(FSO)与苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂铵盐溶液(SMA)3种不同表面活性剂对中性墨水黏度、表面张力、粒度和书写性能的影响。考察了OP与FSO的复配效应。结果表明:添加OP与FSO复配的表面活性剂不但可以将中性墨水的表面张力调节到适当范围,而且改善了中性墨水黏度的稳定性。此外墨水中颜料炭黑颗粒粒度分布也较为均匀,墨水灌制成笔后划线书写线条饱满。

       

      Abstract: The polyoxyethylene nonyl phenol ethers(OP), fluorocarbon surfactant(FSO) and ammonium solution of styrenemaleic anhydride resin(SMA) were selected in the preparation of gel ink. And the effect of the surfactants on the viscosity, surface tension, particle size and writing performance of the gel ink was investigated. The composite effect of OP and FSO was also studied. The results indicate that with the composite surfactant of OP and FSO, the surface tension of the gel ink can be adjusted to the appropriate value, and the viscosity stability is improved effectively. In addition, the particle size distribution of the carbon black pigment in the ink is more uniform. And the pens filled with such gel ink behave good writing performance.
