    德士古气化炉冷态停留时间分布测试(Ⅰ)

    • 摘要: 在φ320×8mm、φ400×8mm有机玻璃容器中,以空气为介质,以氢气为示踪剂,测试了双通道喷嘴射流流场的停留时间分布。考察了不同射流速度、下锥部几何形状、炉径及高径比对停留时间分布曲线的影响,给出在何种条件下流型更趋于全返混或平推流。

       

      Abstract: The RTD of double concentric jet in plexiglass cylindrical vessels with 304mm 384mm od. and 8ram wall thickness were measured. The medium used in experiment was air and hydrogen as trace agent. The influences of jetting velocity, geometric size of conical exit and ratio of furnace hight to diameter on RTD curve have been examined. The conditions under which flow pattern tends to fully mixing-flow or plug-flow were determined.
