    缝式喷嘴结构参数对出口流场分布的影响

    Effect of Structural Parameters on Outlet Flow Field of Slot Nozzle

    • 摘要: 提出了一种用于化学气相沉积法制备6.5%硅钢(wSi=6.5%)的缝式喷嘴结构。利用数值仿真方法模拟了不同结构参数下喷嘴出口处SiCl4气体速度分布情况。基于试验设计方法分析了结构参数对喷嘴出口处速度场分布的影响,以及各影响因素的重要程度。通过软件进行优化分析得到了最优的结构参数。通过实验对仿真结果进行了验证。

       

      Abstract: A new type of slot nozzle is proposed which is used to prepare the 6.5%Si steel by chemical vapor deposition method. The velocity distribution of the SiCl4 on the outlet under different structural parameters is studied by numerical simulation method. The influence of the structural parameters on the velocity distribution on the outlet was analyzed based on the design of experiment method. The optimal structural parameters were obtained through optimization analysis, and the simulation results were verified.
