    双溶剂体系提取小球藻油脂的研究

    Lipid Production from Chlorella by Double Solvent Extraction

    • 摘要: 采用双溶剂提取法对小球藻油脂进行提取,并对油脂成分及其质量分数进行分析。对比了不同溶剂体系、溶剂添加顺序、溶剂体积比以及固液比(小球藻质量(g)与混合溶剂体积(mL)之比)对油脂提取效率的影响。结果表明:当采用最佳双溶剂提取体系石油醚+乙醇(体积比为1∶2),并且先添加非极性溶剂再添加极性溶剂乙醇,固液比为1∶20时,可以得到质量为干藻粉总质量45.9%的提取物和16.1%的藻油。

       

      Abstract: Abstract: High efficient extraction of lipid from chlorella based on double solvent method was conducted in this study. Components of oil and contents of both lipid and water soluble components were analyzed. The effects of solvent system, addition order, volume ratio and solid to liquid ratio (ratio of mass of the chiorella (g) and volume of the mixed solvent (mL)) on extraction efficiency were compared. The results indicated that 45.9% extractive and 16.1% lipid (of dry chlorella powder) could be extracted on the condition of petroleum ether and ethanol as extraction agents with a volume ratio of 1∶2, non polar solvent adding before polar solvent, solid to liquid ratio of 1∶20.
