    密封环滑动面变形对润滑性能的影响

    Influences of Face Deformation on Lubrication of Mechanical Seal Rings

    • 摘要: 建立了机械密封环滑动面变形的几何模型,采用自适应相关函数模拟密封环滑动面的微观表面形貌。结合所模拟的粗糙表面,建立了滑动面变形时的微观流体动压润滑模型,采用有限差分法,运用MATLAB语言进行编程求解,实现了对一定外载荷下滑动面微观流体润滑压力分布和流体膜厚度分布的计算。在此基础上,通过一个具体的实例计算分析,系统研究了滑动面变形和外载荷变化对密封环流体膜厚、摩擦力、发热量、泄漏量等润滑性能的影响规律,得到一系列规律性曲线,并进行了一定的分析说明。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the geometric model of the mechanical seal rings surface deformation is built, and micro surface morphology of the seal rings is simulated by the adaptive correlation function. Combining with simulation of rough surface, micro hydrodynamic lubrication model of surface deformation is also established. By programming with finite difference method and MATLAB software, the calculations of fluid film pressure distribution and fluid film thickness distribution of micro hydrodynamic lubrication of seal rings under a certain external load are successfully accomplished. A concrete example is calculated and analyzed. The detail research on the influences of face deformation and external load on the performance of mechanical seal rings lubrication such as fluid film thickness, friction, calorific value, leakage is carried out, and a series of performance curves are obtained and explained.
