    • 摘要: 采用文题技术,建立了一个微量、快速的方法,用于评选稀丙烯氧化制丙烯醛的催化剂(Co-Fe-Bi-Mo-A-B-C-O)的焙烧条件。结果表明:对复杂的选择性催化氧化反应,DTA峰值并不一定与转化率有对应关系,不能直接用来作评选活性的依据。但根据DTA出峰时,截取其反应逸出气体进行GC分析,从测到的DTA峰高和丙烯醛峰面积,则可得到焙烧条件与活性和选择性之间的对应关系,从而获得最佳焙烧条件。结果得到实验室评价装置的验证。

       

      Abstract: By a QDTA/T/EGA/GC on line coupled simultaneous device, a fast micro-methodfor screening how the calcination conditions of a catalyst would affect its activity andselectivity has been established. The caralyst Co-Fe-Bi-Mo-A-B-C-O for the oxidationof dilute propylene to acrolein was used. Experimental results indicated that in the com-plex selective catalytic oxidation reaction the DTA peak does not always correspond tothe conversion rate. Accordingly, DTA peak can not be used directly as a criterion toscreen the activity of carelysts. By intercepting the gas evolved during the reaction andanalyzing it with GC, the corresponding relationship between the activity and the selec-tivity of catalysts can thus be established from the DTA peak and the peak area of theacrolein. The optimal calcination conditions obtained were confirmed by experimentalresults.
