Thermal Properties of Lead/Cadmium Free Glasses with the Low Melting Point

摘要

摘要: 通过正交实验方法,对SiO2-B2O3-Sb2O3-ZrO2-TiO2-ZnO-R2O多元系统玻璃的组分与玻璃特征温度、膨胀系数之间的关系进行了详细的研究。结果表明:Sb2O3对玻璃的软化温度和膨胀系数影响较大。通过合理设计配方,可以得到软化温度为460℃,热膨胀系数为85×10-7K-1的釉用无铅无镉低熔点玻璃。
