    Mechanism of thermal deburring

    • 摘要: 热能去毛刺,是利用高压容器里的氢、氧混合气爆燃时所产生的瞬间高温(约3600K),将金属零件的毛刺去除。本文从理论上计算了爆燃温度,讨论了影响去毛刺效果的诸因素

       

      Abstract: Utilizing the instantaneous intense heat (3600 K) produced by quick burning of thehydrogen-oxygen gas mixture sealed within a high pressure vessel, the burrs burn themsel-ves out. The burning temperatures in the vessel were calculated and the factors givingeffects to the thermal deburring were discussed.
