    气体动压径向轴承气膜压力分布数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Film Pressure Distribution of Aerodynamic Journal Bearing

    • 摘要: 以动压径向气体轴承为研究对象,采用有限差分法(FEM)离散求解非线性的、稳态的可压缩雷诺方程,用MATLAB软件编写了计算程序,用逐次超松弛迭代法(SOR)进行数值求解,得出空气轴承的气膜压力和气膜厚度分布。在此基础上,分别以气体轴承的半径间隙、工作转速、宽径比、偏心率等参数为影响因子,研究气体轴承的最大气膜压力随影响因子的变化关系。

       

      Abstract: The behavior of the aerodynamic journal bearing is studied by numerically simulating the steady state non linear Reynolds equation. The finite difference method is used to solved the Reynolds equation with successive over relaxation (SOR)method in MATLAB programming. The film pressure distribution and film thickness distribution are obtained. Then the influences of some parameters, such as radius gap, rotating speed, width diameter ratio and eccentricity, on the maximum of film pressure are researched and the relationship obtained may be used to design this type of journal bearings.
