    I-D等级SBS改性沥青的工业应用

    Study on SBS Modified Asphalt of I-D in Commercial Test

    • 摘要: 采用物理分散加化学改性技术,在中国石化茂名分公司10万吨/年的工业装置上探索了生产I—D等级改性沥青产品。结果表明:工艺配方D生产的I—D改性沥青产品部分指标远优于JTJ036—98聚合物改性沥青产品技术指标的要求。研究进一步表明,要提高针入度指数(PI),改性剂苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)的加入量是关键,随着改性剂加入量的增加,改性沥青产品的粘度呈上升趋势,PI和延伸度则先增加后下降;而相容剂加入量则随改性剂加入量的不同,对改性沥青产品性能的影响呈现不同的变化规律。

       

      Abstract: China petrochemical Maoming branch corporation applied physical dispersion and chemical modification to explore the production of I-D modified asphalt in the 10~4 t/y industrialized plant.The test result shows that I-D modified asphalt produced by the method D completely meets technical standard of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) modified asphalt(JTJ036-98) and some indexes are better than it.The test result shows further that the change of mass fraction of SBS is the key to increase PI.With the increase of mass fraction of SBS,the viscosity of the modified asphalt increases,PI and ductility increase at the beginning and decrease later;When the mass fraction of SBS is different,the effect on the modified asphalt by the compatilizer is different.
