    炼钢连铸混合智能调度方法及其应用

    Hybrid Intelligent Scheduling Method and Its Application for Steelmaking and Continuous Casting

    • 摘要: 在炼钢连铸生产工艺约束条件下,针对多设备、多工序、以及生产类型复杂的生产环境,目前还难以在合理时间内获得最优调度解,提出了基于规则的专家调度方法、基于规划的两阶段调度方法和基于多级模糊综合评价方法的混合智能调度方法,并在合理时间内得到一个有效的可行解。应用混合智能调度方法建立了智能调度架构,设计并开发了软件系统。该系统应用于国内某大型钢厂的生产调度,在缩短计划编制时间、减少钢水等待时间、提高设备利用率方面获得显著经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Under the technical constraints of steelmaking and continuous casting production,the(hybrid) intelligent scheduling method is established which includes rule-based expert systems,LP-based method with two stages and multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the production environment with multi-equipment,multi-process and complex production style,and the optimal solution is difficult to obtain within the rational time.available and feasible solution can be obtained by this method.The intelligent scheduling structure is established by the hybrid intelligent scheduling method,and the software system is also designed and developed.Finally,the hybrid intelligent scheduling method is successfully(applied) to one large steel plant.Applied results show that the making plan time and waiting time for molten steel are highly shortened,and the utilization ratio of facilities is raised.The economic effect is good.
