Abstract: A convenient method was employed to monitor every synthesis process of 4,5 diamino 6 hydroxy 2 mercaptopyrimidine by selecting two systems of component solvent (ethyl acetate petroleum and acetone isopropane ammonia) as developing reagent of TLC, respectively.
