Federated clouds combine the available resources owned by various companies to gain more computation resources. The container based virtualization technology is a convenient and alternative technology for Hypervisor based virtualization. This paper proposes a resource management model for container based federated clouds. Moreover, by using game theory, a resource allocation algorithm is also proposed, which takes the QoS constraints of customers and resource usage of cloud providers into account. The experimental results show that the proposed approach can effectively improve the QoS of cloud customers and the utilization rate of resource.
