    N/P掺杂活化炭气凝胶的制备及电化学性能

    Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of N/P Co-doped Activated Carbon Aerogel

    • 摘要: 以间苯二酚-甲醛基炭气凝胶为原料,磷酸氢二铵为活化剂和N源、P源,通过简单的固相物理研磨混合,经热解后制备了N/P共掺杂活化的炭气凝胶(NP-CAs),一步法完成了炭气凝胶的活化和双原子掺杂。研究结果表明,当热解温度为900 ℃,m(NH4)2HPO4m(CAs)为1∶2时,所制备的改性炭气凝胶比表面积达到1196.75 m2/g,总孔体积为1.60 cm3/g;成功实现了N/P双原子的掺杂和均匀分布;N和P质量分数分别达到了0.54%和0.13%;亲水性得到大幅度提升;在三电极体系下,当电流密度为1 A/g时,其比电容可达150 F/g,并保持了相当高的循环寿命。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore a multi-functional activator for carbon aerogel to improve its electrochemical performance, we used resorcinol-formaldehyde based carbon aerogel as raw material and (NH4)2HPO4 as activator and N source and P source, and then prepared N/P co-doped activated carbon aerogels(NP-CAs) via solid phase physical grinding and mixing. The activation and diatomic doping of carbon aerogels were completed by one step method. The results showed that when the pyrolysis temperature was 900 ° C and the mixture ratio (NH4)2HPO4 : CAs was 1∶2, it had a specific surface area of 1196.75 m2/g and a total pore volume of 1.60 cm3/g. The doping and uniform distribution of N/P diatoms are achieved successfully. The mass fraction of N and P reached 0.54% and 0.13%, respectively. The hydrophilicity is greatly improved. In the three-electrode system, it exhibited a high specific capacitance of 150 F/g, at a current density of 1 A/g. It also remained quite high cycle life.
