    二元醇对含烟碱三元体系气-液相平衡的影响

    Effect of Dihydric Alcohol on the Vapor-Liquid Phase Equilibrium of Nicotine-Containing Ternary Systems

    • 摘要: 为探究加热卷烟制品雾化气溶胶主要成分的释放规律,以二元醇(1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、乙二醇)为雾化剂构筑的烟碱/水/二元醇、烟碱/丙三醇/二元醇等三元体系为发烟体系模型,利用似导体屏蔽链节活度系数模型(COSMO-SAC)预测了恒温体系气-液相平衡时气溶胶组分的变化规律。结果表明:对于烟碱/水/二元醇体系,不同二元醇的气-液相平衡所表现出的规律极为相似,液相中水摩尔分数的增加会导致气相中烟碱的摩尔分数先下降后升高;当水的摩尔分数较低或较高时,温度越低越有利于烟碱的气化释放;1,3-丙二醇促进烟碱气化的能力要高于1,2-丙二醇的能力。对于烟碱/丙三醇/二元醇体系,不同二元醇的气-液相平衡所表现出的规律基本一致,丙三醇对烟碱气化具有明显促进作用。促进烟碱气化的能力由高到低的顺序为1,3-丙二醇 > 乙二醇 > 1,2-丙二醇,且温度越低越有利于烟碱气化。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the release behavior of the main components of atomized vapor in heated tobacco products, the ternary systems of nicotine/water/diol and nicotine/glycerol/diol are constructed using diol (1,2-propanediol, 1,3-propanediol, ethylene glycol) as atomizers. These systems were studied by the conductor-like screening model for segment activity coefficient (COSMO-SAC) model at constant temperature. It is found that the vapor-liquid equilibria of different diols are very similar to those of nicotine/water/diols. The content of nicotine in the gas phase increases initially and then decreases with the increase in water content in the liquid phase. When the mole fraction of water is either low or high, a decrease in temperature favors the vaporization and release of nicotine. The capacity of 1,3-propylene glycol to facilitate nicotine vaporization exceeds that of 1,2-propylene glycol. For the nicotine/glycerol/diols system, the gas-liquid phase equilibrium of different glycols demonstrates generally consistent patterns. Glycerol can obviously promote the vaporization of nicotine. In the whole concentration range, the ability to promote nicotine vaporization from high to low was 1,3-propylene glycol > ethylene glycol > 1,2-propylene glycol, and a lower temperature enhances the vaporization of nicotine. The results provide theoretical support for the formulation design and optimization of novel tobacco products.
