    燃气热水器热水零等待的理论计算和优化设计

    Theoretical Calculation and Optimal Design of Gas Water Heater to Realize Zero Waiting for Hot Water

    • 摘要: 建立了燃气热水器启动后,距离燃气热水器较远的用水端水温变化对时间的函数关系式;通过传热模型的建立,绘制了浴室出水温度随时间变化的曲线图;计算了热水管加装保温层后,出水温度随时间变化的函数关系;分析了热水泵智能循环系统对于节水的重要性,并给出了缩短热水等待时间的的几个实用性方法。

       

      Abstract: The function between time and water temperature of a gas water heater was established using the heat transfer model, and the aqueous temperature of hot water pipe was calculated. The impact of intelligent water pump system on water conservation was analyzed. Several methods that are effective in shortening the waiting time for hot water are concluded as follows: (1) Increasing the water outlet temperature of the gas water heater; (2) Shortening the water pipe length from the gas water heater to the bathroom faucet; (3) Installing a hot water pipe; (4) Accelerating pumping speed of the hot water circulation pump; (5) Keeping the circulating pump and gas water heater open constantly, and the water circulation being kept in the hot water pipe when hot water is not used.
