    基于小冲杆试验数据的力学性能的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Mechanical Properties Based on Data of Small Punch Test

    • 摘要: 小冲杆试验是研究在役设备材料性质的重要手段,小冲杆试验的结果与传统拉伸试验的关联性研究更为重要。已有的小冲杆试验与传统拉伸试验关联性的研究均忽略了摩擦对于试验结果的影响,得出的试验结果过于理想化,参考意义不大,且小冲杆试验的数据难以大量获得,因此通过数值模拟方法在少量数据基础上建立材料的应力-应变关系具有重要的现实意义。以304#不锈钢材料为例,通过已经建立的小冲杆试验数据和有限元数值模拟数据之间的关联关系,在充分考虑摩擦对于试验关联性影响的基础上,研究摩擦因子μ与试样关联参数之间的关系,结果表明两者之间符合程度较高。

       

      Abstract: The small punch test is an important mean to study the material properties of in-service equipment. The correlation between the experimental results and the traditional tensile test is the research focus. However, in the past, the research on the correlation between the small punch test and the traditional tensile test often ignored the influence of friction on the small punch test, and the result was too idealized. Furthermore, the data of the small punch test is difficult to obtain in large quantities. It is of great practical significance to establish an accurate stress-strain relationship of materials based on a small amount of data through the method of numerical simulation. In this paper, 304 stainless steel material was taken as an example. Through the relationship between the established small punch test data and the finite element numerical simulation data, the relationship between friction coefficient and sample correlation parameters was studied (the relationship between friction and test correlation is fully considered). The study found that the friction coefficient, and the correlation coefficient between the small punch test and the traditional tensile test results were linear, which provided a way for studying the stress-strain relationship of materials using data simulation method.
