A Simple Method for OUR Determination of the Insect Cells Cultured in Spinner Flasks

A simple and convenient method was developed for OUR determination of the insect cells cultured in spinner flasks.The experiments for spinner flasks have shown that the method which takes into account the oxygen desorption process could not only accurately reflect the OUR trend during the cultivation but also promptly determine the physiological state of cultured cells according to OUR values.
