Design and Implementation of a Distributed Group-shared Data-object System

There are two approaches to DSM (Distributed Shared Memory), the shared virtual memory model (SVM) and the shared data object model (SOM). This paper introduces a system designed for the shared data object model, which manages the distribution and consistency of shared data object. It applies to group shared algorithm and update consistency protocol. The measurements show that it can be used efficiently for parallel programming languages.
