    Method of Calculating the Load of Eccentric Installing Rolling Bearing in Mold Vibrators

    • Abstract: Taking a mold vibrator of Shanghai as the research object,a dynamic model was established, in which the leaf spring was simplified as an equivalent spring, the effect of vibrator gravity and load was taken into account, and the external load was regarded as a hanging object. A numerical procedure of the model was carried out by the Matlab with the Newton method and the fourth order Runge Kutta method. The effect of eccentricity, rotational speed, and load on the load of eccentrical installation rolling bearings was investigated. Results show that the average load of rolling bearings remains unchanged as the eccentricity decreases, while the amplitude of load acting on the rolling bearings reduces; the average load of rolling bearings decreases as the rotational speed slows down, while the amplitude of load acting on the rolling bearings reduces slightly; and the average load of rolling bearings decreases as the external load decreases, while the amplitude of load acting on the rolling bearings remains unchanged.
