Abstract
According to the slightness-characteristics of stove and repeating-part of the same unit,the import of hot gas and flow-holes of guiding plates were treated as the equivalents so that the work-section of stove could be simulated as a 2-D model.Due to the longtime constant temperature in the producing technics,steady flow-field were adopted.The CFD code FLUENT was used to simulate the distribution of hot-flow when the color-kinescopes were put in the stove.The velocity and temperature field were given matching with the ones in a test model built for the equivalents.Temperature at the given points agrees with the measurement data well.The great undulate of temperature is the main reason for the crack of the tube.
