Abstract
The intrinsic kinetics of methanol-steam reforming over Cu/ZnO/CeO/Al_2O_3 catalyst coatings was investigated in an annular micro-reactor that simulates the micro-channel reactor.Based on the experiment results,a parallel reaction model is employed,taking SRM and DE as independent reactions.The intrinsic kinetic equations were established and the parameters were estimated using a liner regression program which computes weighted least squares of the defined objects function.The developed equations will lay an important foundation of the designation and optimization of micro-channel reactors for hydrogen production.
