    Fracture Toughness Investigation of the Fusion Area of Stainless Steel Weld Overlay Specimens Before and After Hydrogen Charging

    • This paper investigated the hydrogen effects on facture toughness in the fusion area of stainless steel weld overlay. It is found that the fracture toughness in fusion area decreased with the increasing of hydrogen charging time. The results prove that hydrogen is a major factor to cause the disbonding of stainless steel weld overlay in hydrocracker.
