Research and Application of Temperature Control System of Gene Amplifing and Analyzing (PCR) Instrument
The principle of PCR instrument and the technique of precision improvement for PCR temperature control system are analyzed in this paper. The software and hardware used in this system are discussed in detail. A novelty PCR temperature control system is designed and developed.
