Study on Surface Treatment of Electroless Copper Plating Film
Is this work,oil bath heat treatment, phosphate treatment and chromate passivation have been researched. It is found that chromate passivation is the best method. It can improve the properties of the passive film,such as abrasive resistance,resistance to oxidation and lightness.
