    Preliminary Study on HLA-DQA Genotyping by Unmodified-Oligonucleotide Microarrays

    • According to the sequence of HLA-DQA exon2,HLA-DQA genotyping microarray was made and the labeled PCR products were hybridized with arrays.The signals were scanned by scanner and analyzed by image software.We genotyped 125 clinical samples and 10 reference samples.The accuracy of identifying the HLA-DQA genotyping using unmodified-oligonucleotide microarray was 93.3% compared with the actual results.Unmodified-oligonucleotide microarray provides a high-specific,inexpensive,(reproducible,) rapid and intuitional tool for HLA genotyping and serological typing could be done with such microarray in routine medical practice.
