Study on Separation of Soybean Protein by Foam Fractionation Technique

A mathematical model for foam fractionation process in a continuous foam fractionation column was established by careful analysis of the foam drainage and coalscence,and material balance of liquid hold up and protein content in the thin films and plateau borders.The model has beem tested by experiments.The results indicated that the model is consistent with the data of experiments to a considerable degree.
