Abstract
TiO2 pillared NaMMT (TiMMT) samples for desulfurization of FCC gasoline were prepared by solgel method, and characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 adsorption/desorption and FTIR. The effects of the ratio of tetrabutyl titanate to NaMMT and calcination temperature on the sample structure and desulfurization capacity were investigated. For TiMMT, the BET surface area was in the range of 100-215 m2/g, the average pore diameter in the range of 40-70 nm and total pore volume capacity in the range of 015-022 cm3/g. The sulfur capality reached 165 mg/g, which was twice as much as that of NaMMT calcinated at 400 ℃.
